Job Description: The Helpdesk Technician will primarily provide support for the Information Services Center help desk and additionally would provide support for information processing applications, databases, workstations and servers in a mixed MS Windows and UNIX environment.


The candidate's primary responsibility will be to provide computer operations and tier 1 level system administration via phone and walk-in support for the operations and maintenance team of the IITM2 contract.   The candidate will create and update Remedy trouble tickets for resolution of stated customer issues.   Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for Tier 1 troubleshooting of IT systems as necessary or appropriate. 


Must have 1 to 2 years of related experience.
